What if the sustainable good practices from one project could benefit the next ones?

An architectural project produces much more than just a building. Throughout the design and construction process, teams test solutions, make choices and accumulate valuable lessons. But in a large team, how can you ensure that good practices in sustainability are not limited to a single project?

During Pitch It 2026, Maruxa Touceda looks back on her journey, her introduction to DDS+ and the work she does there around knowledge sharing.

To facilitate this transfer of knowledge, she is developing a toolbox that brings together and shares sustainable good practices between colleagues and across projects. In her presentation, she gives us an insight into this approach, how the tool was developed and how it continues to evolve.

The challenge: to prevent the lessons learned from one project from remaining isolated and enable future projects to benefit from them. An approach that benefits the teams and, ultimately, the clients.
