Mathieu Depoorter started his career as a glaciologist, studying climate change and the melting of ice in Greenland and Antarctica. But he soon felt the need to move from observation to action.
After several years supporting the transition of the construction sector through various projects and programmes, he realised that some barriers continued to persist despite ongoing efforts. This led him to search for new levers to accelerate change.
