Located in Jette, the Baeck 82 project embodies an innovative vision of sustainable architecture. This three-story building with four housing units was designed with a focus on circularity and eco-design. The main objective? To reduce environmental impact while anticipating future needs through adaptable and reversible solutions.
The project was carried out by several members of the ecobuild.brussels cluster:
- ARQeh architecture: Project architect and project owner
- Ariade: Energy performance study (PEB)
- Natura Mater: Study and delivery of bio-sourced materials
- Daniel De Vroey: Airtightness testing
- Eugène Schmidt & Co: Wood supply and consulting
