This third-party investment project, involving the installation of 507 solar panels on an iconic building in Brussels located on Chaussée de La Hulpe, offers an effective solution to address the challenges between owners and tenants regarding solar energy.
With We Green Invest, the solar panels are installed without any initial investment from the owners, and at the end of the contract, the installation becomes theirs. Tenants benefit from green electricity at a competitive rate, lower than the market price. This project reduces energy dependency, lowers bills, and decreases CO₂ emissions, actively contributing to the energy transition.
