An almost established consortium, coordinated by a renown Greek research organization and supported by several Belgian partners such as a large construction company, a green technology cluster and a sectoral federation, is looking for an additional partner that can offer residential buildings to pilot technologies for deep energy efficient renovation of buildings.
The consortium is looking for residential buildings, that are soon to be renovated, that are or can be connected to a district heating/cooling network (or a district RES unit). The funding will be utilized for the digitization and optimization of the construction process and not for the actual renovation (therefore, a planned renovation would be preferable).
