TPF ENGINEERING sa, the principal Belgian subsidiary of TPF group, which employs over 4200 people worldwide (in 50 countries), has a workforce of over one-hundred over its three divisions: Technical Utilities, Building and Structural/Civil Engineering
It undertakes construction, renovation and building conversion work in the following fields:
- Tertiary sector (housing, shopping and leisure centres, hotels, hospitals, etc.)
- Industrial sector (agri-food, pharmaceutical, logistics, energy)
- Public infrastructure: education, sport and events
- Airport projects
Technical Utilities Division
This division supplies a wide range of services related to the construction, conversion and renovation of technical facilities:
- Engineering consultancy: completion of specialist studies
- Project management: drafting of plans, preparation of procurement files, coordination and execution of work.
- Building energy performance
- Assistance with certification processes (BREEAM, LEED, etc.)
- Energy efficiency: dynamic simulation, PHPP, etc.
Structural and Civil Engineering Division
This division conducts all engineering studies as well as producing construction designs for concrete, metal and wood structures.
Building Division
Specialising in planning and managing building projects, with a particular focus on general buildings (hotels, youth centres, barracks, etc.), buildings for the manufacturing and energy sectors (e.g. the food industry), as well as the logistics and distribution sectors.
