Soltis was created in Brussels in 2008 by three partners, all active in the energy field.
Soltis provides energy optimisation services for residential buildings and for companies and public buildings.
Its residential unit analyses client needs and proposes the best-suited products to reduce the energy consumption of houses. Different solutions are studied such as insulating the roof with natural materials, the installation of a photovoltaic system, etc.
For companies and public buildings, Soltis may propose photovoltaic systems or the replacement of traditional lighting with LED. The implementation of these systems can also be provided via third-party investors. The third-party investors will finance the investments and manage them for 10 years. They will provide them to the client to enable them to immediately reduce their energy costs. The investments are transferred to the client free of charge in the eleventh year. A photovoltaic system can continue to produce green electricity for another 15 years after that.
Different energy monitoring and maintenance systems are also offered to optimise energy savings.
