La Ferme Nos Pilifs is a company whose primary objective is to provide rewarding employment to Brussels inhabitants with disabilities.
For 35 years, on principle, we’ve tried to treat all of our waste as actual resources. This converges with the economic realities of a non-profit, with our desire to create jobs for as many workers as possible. Today, this circular economic approach is increasingly widespread.
Our gardeners don’t use any products which are toxic to the environment, compost their green waste and practice eco-friendly gardening techniques (natural pools, green roofs, flowering prairies, etc.).
Our eco-gardening emphasises indigenous and edible plants along with beneficial gardening techniques (cultivating on living soil, eco-friendly products, etc.).
From birdhouses for titmice to a garden hut perched up in a tree, our carpentry team (Bout2Bois) locally builds a variety of creations from reclaimed wood which was slated for incineration.
Calling on La Ferme Nos Pilifs is an act of social and ecologically responsible consumption.
