Inclusio is a Regulated Real Estate Company (GVV/SIR) whose mission is to provide quality housing to population groups in vulnerable situations or with limited resources.
It achieves this goal through the acquisition, construction or management of buildings of social or community benefit. These buildings have three functions:
- affordable rental housing for persons with limited incomes. Inclusio’s buildings are rented out through long-term leases to social partners (Social Rental Offices (SVKs), Public Centres for Social Welfare (PCSWs) and social housing companies) who receive subsidies to offer affordable rents to private tenants;
- adapted housing for persons with disabilities. Inclusio rents these homes through long-term rental agreements to specialised institutions to provide persons with disabilities with the shelter and ergonomics they need;
- social infrastructure that contributes to the community: daycare centres, schools, a reception centre for asylum seekers rented to the Red Cross, etc.
Inclusio also works on its environmental impact through the sustainability and energy performance of its buildings.
Inclusio has been listed on Euronext Brussels since 10 December 2020.
The company is growing rapidly throughout Belgium thanks to the dynamism of its team and the support of committed private and institutional investors who want to make sure their investments are meaningful.
