GS3 doesn’t seek to sell you designer architecture, we simply want to offer “tailor-made” architecture, created just for you. We focus on designing original architecture, because you’re worth it. We don’t do it to flatter our ego.
GS3 offers contemporary and “attractive” architecture. This is the very least of things for an architecture firm.
We excel at working with complex projects, where a number of factors need to be taken into account, for example:
- ensuring that a building can still be occupied during the works,
- the immense number of participants involved,
- pre-existing and complex technical constraints, etc.
At GS3, we’re not “green-dogmatists”. Throughout our projects, we take environmental issues into account in a rational and balanced way. To do this, we’ve developed a method known as “the Holistic Project Approach” (HPA). This method uses an analytical framework which aims to embrace “sustainability” as a whole.
