FIX carries out renovation works in schools and public buildings in Brussels. FIX’s workers are low-skilled job seekers who complete a two-year practical training programme. During the programme, all of the workers take a Dutch language course and are taught by experienced technical instructors. After the programme, our workers can work in companies within the general jobs market.
FIX is designated as a Local Employment Development Initiative (ILDE) from the Brussels-Capital Region and as a social economy project by the federal authorities.
