Over the past years we have become aware that building services and equipment have become restrictive for Architects.
The constraints are present at design time and when the buildings are occupied.
Incorrectly sized ducts, equipment visible all over the ceiling, circuit breakers that are triggered erratically, drafts and ventilation noise are some common examples.
All of these problems obviously take up a substantial amount of space in the “brains” of Architects and prevents them from using all of their abilities to focus on their real job, which is Architecture.
That’s why, as engineers, we decided that our primary goal is to free Architects from these constraints.
How? By providing a service based on 23 years of experience and by being proactive!
