Owner’s Representative & Project Management Assistance for Energy Renovation of Condominium Buildings
EasyReno is a Brussels‑based firm specialized in providing comprehensive support to condominium associations in their energy renovation projects. Acting as Owner’s Representative (AMO) and Project Manager (MOE), we offer an integrated approach that enables Co‑ownership Associations to structure, plan, and implement their renovation works in full compliance with EPB regulatory requirements.
Our multidisciplinary team, composed of around ten professionals (architects, engineers, EPB advisors and certifiers, energy auditors), is involved throughout the entire project cycle: architectural, technical, energy and financial audits, development of renovation scenarios, cost and subsidy estimation, preparation of permit applications, drafting of technical specifications, tender organization, bid analysis, construction site supervision, as well as EPB certification and support with EPB procedures during works.
Thanks to our “one‑stop‑shop” approach, EasyReno serves as a single point of contact between property managers, co‑owners, architects, engineering offices, and contractors. We secure technical decisions upfront, facilitate collective decision‑making, and ensure coherence between energy objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory deadlines.
Our comprehensive support aims to accelerate the energy transition of the Brussels building stock by helping co‑ownerships take concrete action in view of the renovation obligations for 2030–2050.
