DXA.archi is an agency created in 2018 by the merger of two firms, “Delices Architectes” and “Alliage Architectes”.
Since 2000, Delices and Alliage have been active and renowned in Belgium for their involvement in numerous challenging architectural projects such as housing complexes, schools, office buildings, cultural spaces, public facilities, and remarkable listed buildings, with a consistent focus on ensuring energy efficiency.
The founding architects, Benoît Frisson, Stéphane George, and Stéphane Moetwil wanted to form a larger, more efficient multilingual team with greater flexibility that is better poised to meet the complex, exciting challenges of the cities of tomorrow.
Thanks to the points of synergy and complementarity of its team’s resources and skills, DXA.expert is able to offer customers comprehensive expertise in every area of architecture and provide services that are optimised for the development of projects of all sizes in the public sector, private sector, public-private partnerships, as well as projects using an early contractor involvement (“bouwteam”) scheme.
Our approach to architecture is not unique, but it is varied. It is rooted in a consistent effort to analyse the underlying context and in the search for innovative and creative solutions both in terms of design and financial approaches.
DXA.archi brings together a mix of opinions, personalities, expertise, and references, driven by a shared desire to freely define the act of building, to imagine exceptional places and spaces for a better approach to architecture that respects both people and the environment.
