CCAUTREMENT is a general renovation contractor, active in Brussels and the surrounding areas.
We work on the renovation of residential buildings, offices, roofs and façades, as well as sustainable real estate development projects.
We renovate existing buildings with a responsible approach, prioritising bio-based materials, reused materials whenever possible, and coherent solutions that sustainably improve comfort and energy performance.

In response to today’s energy and climate challenges, CCAUTREMENT has refocused its strategy on the core of building performance: the building envelope.
Roofs, façades, natural insulation, windows, ventilation systems, flat roofs and green roofs are now at the heart of our expertise.
These interventions make it possible to sustainably improve winter and summer comfort, indoor air quality and reduce the building’s carbon footprint.

Our project management team includes three engineers, ensuring precise technical choices, a thorough understanding of thermal and moisture-related phenomena, and rigorous site management.
We maintain a holistic renovation approach, also delivering complete interior fit-outs (attics, shell buildings), including technical systems and finishes, always in coherence with the building envelope.
