Art & Build implements its projects keeping people and their well-being at the heart of its concerns. Its approach includes sustainable development as a conceptual guideline requirement, i.e., the management of economic viability, technical constraints, architectural qualities, comfort criteria, etc.
In addition to meeting regulatory requirements, Art & Build works to promote low-energy buildings, with a special focus on materials choices and the environmental balance sheet throughout the life cycle.
Art & Build is a BREEAM assessor, an EPB manager and a founding member of the “Cradle to Cradle in architecture” research group.
An in-house team is responsible for developing innovative solutions in all ecological architecture fields.
