Sonian Wood Coop is looking for a new General Director to support growth and vision during the next phase of development.
As the new General Director, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Client Engagement: Responding to requests from interior designers and end clients, helping them design and create custom pieces using local wood.
- Production Oversight: Organizing and supervising the production of items in the internal workshop. You will lead a dynamic team and have the opportunity to improve it.
- Product Development: Expanding the cooperative’s product offerings in terms of designs, products, and services, using local wood markets as your playground.
- Communication Strategy: Developing and implementing a vision for the company’s communication channels, including the website, social media, and newsletters.
- Financial Management: Overseeing invoicing and payments, ensuring the financial stability of the cooperative.
- Partnerships: Coordinating relationships with partners (forestry companies, sawmills, distributors, investors).
