From 15 to 17 November, the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona will be the place to be for all companies offering innovative ideas, products or services that are useful or even essential to the development of tomorrow’s cities! Join our tri-regional stand, in person, to present the best of your projects and achievements that contribute to the smart and sustainable management of our cities.
Smart City Expo World Congress is the world’s largest trade fair in the field of smart cities. Some figures:

As a genuine platform for exchanges on the future of the city of tomorrow, and with a high media coverage. It will also focus on various sectors, such as
- energy and environment,

- the economy,

- etc.
It will offer participants a unique opportunity to meet the pros of urban innovation, get in touch with governmental organisations, municipalities, SMEs, starters, etc., and establish partnerships at the international level.
Three days to position yourself at the heart of Smart City development
This year, we will take you there in person, to the heart of the fair, to our Belgian pavilion, where you will have the opportunity to:
- present your products and services to key players in the sector, with the visibility provided by presence in a national pavilion at a reduced cost;
- participate in conferences and workshops;
- become inspired by the latest trends and innovations in the development of smart cities;
- benefit from our logistical support throughout the fair;
- if you wish, receive individual commercial support from our economic and commercial representative in Barcelona.
Take advantage of our Brokerage Event, free coaching during the three days, provided by our Enterprise Europe Network in collaboration with ACCIÓ, and benefit from a programme of pre-scheduled meetings on site and/or online.

Practical information
Fees
1) VSEs (fewer than 10 FTE, turnover less than €2,000,000)/start-up (registered with the CBE for less than 4 years): €125 (contribution collective stand)+ €350 (base price SCEWC)
2) SMEs (between 11 and 50 FTE, turnover between €2,000,001 and €50,000,000): €250 (contribution collective stand) + €350 (base price SCEWC)
3) For others (more than 50 FTEs, turnover higher than €50,000,000): €500 (contribution collective stand) + €350 (base price SCEWC)
These fees cover:
- the organisation of customised B2B by Carmen Coca, our Economic and Commercial Representative in Barcelona
- the opportunity to participate in pitching sessions
- a Brokerage event
- visibility in the online brochure of the Belgian pavilion
- a furnished 3 m² console
- an internet connection and electricity in the Belgian Pavilion
Hotel and flights
Travel and accommodation costs are at your company’s expense. You must book your own flights and hotel.
