A site visit of the Stevin SME Park project is being organized, in collaboration with Citydev, Altiplan, and Louis De Waele.
The objective is to highlight the project as well as the reuse initiatives developed on-site, by bringing together various stakeholders from the sustainable construction sector.
The Stevin SME Park project, led by Citydev, is part of a sustainable construction and circular economy approach. The site visit brings together professionals from the sector: architects, engineering offices, contractors, reuse stakeholders, and support organizations.
The project involves the transformation of a former industrial site into an SME park, with 8 workshops and 5 office spaces. It focuses on renovation rather than new construction, preserving as much of the existing structures as possible while integrating reuse practices.
This is an opportunity to discover the site during the structural phase, as well as the solutions implemented within the project.
