Cluster TWEED, in partnership with the MecaTech and GreenWin competitiveness clusters, is pleased to invite you to the S3 DIS4 Energy Innovators event, a day of networking and matchmaking between energy innovation actors from Wallonia and Flanders.

This initiative aims to bring together members of the S3 ecosystem, innovators, companies, research centres, and project leaders around the main European priorities in energy innovation.

Objectives of the day:

Present regional innovation ecosystems and roadmaps
Identify open European funding opportunities
Pitch concrete ideas and seek competencies to build EU projects
Meet future partners during B2B matchmaking sessions

This event is a unique opportunity for interregional collaboration, with high added value for setting up ambitious European projects in the energy sector.

Program

Morning (09:00 – 12:30)

Plenary sessions:

Presentation of innovation ecosystems in Wallonia and Flanders
Presentation of regional roadmaps:
- Building retrofitting
- Green hydrogen
- Energy communities, SmartGrids, and district heating and cooling (DHC)
- Heavy mobility and electrification of transport
Current open European funding opportunities (Horizon Europe, Interreg, LIFE, etc.)

Lunch Break (12:30 – 13:30)

Networking buffet on-site.

Afternoon (13:30 – 17:30)

B2B matchmaking sessions:

15-minute one-on-one meetings with other participants to discuss potential collaborations
Opportunity to pitch your idea or express your needs for competencies
Guided tours of EnergyVille laboratories

A list of participants will be accessible upon registration to plan your meetings in advance.
