BEARTH is the latest incubator by hub.brussels, dedicated to innovative projects in circular production and related services. It supports up to 12 entrepreneurs over 6 months, from ideation to prototyping, through a structured path that covers every stage of business creation.
The incubator was born from a clear observation: industrial production now accounts for just 2.4% of employment in Brussels (source: “Vision for urban industry” (FR) by our circlemade cluster). Yet urban industry – when circular, local and small-scale – is a driver of innovation, applied research and strategic relocation.
BEARTH aims to reverse this trend by nurturing ambitious projects led by committed entrepreneurs who are ready to rethink how we produce and consume.
Anyone with a (project or idea for a) circular production or support service
Aspiring entrepreneurs curious about small-scale industrialisation
Enthusiasts of circular economy and sustainable innovation
BEARTH is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, programming 2021-2027, and the Brussels-Capital Region.
