During the programme, the focus is on 4 pillars :
- Business : Draw up a financial plan, a sales pitch, and a development strategy that will win over the crowd.
- Impact : Learn how to measure and communicate your impact to your target audiences (investors/customers/…)
- Financing : Identify the ideal financing mix for your business and take part in a match-making session with key investors.
- Leadership : Make the switch from an entrepreneur to an inspiring team leader.

- Bootcamps : 6 face-to-face days, 1x/month. Interactive sessions to give you the tools you need to manage manage and grow your business.
- Mentoring & coaching : Benefit from the experience of your individual mentor, an experienced entrepreneur, to challenge your vision, growth strategy and operational plan.
- Pitch-event : A unique opportunity to pitch your company in front of a panel of investors during match-making sessions
- Networking : Get access to the business network of Netwerk Ondernemen and Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles for 1 year.
