Europe cannot meet its climate goals without transforming how it builds. To help turn the potential of underutilised wood (including hardwood, residual, damaged and post-consumer wood) into practical circular construction solutions, the Horizon Europe WoodStock project is launching a new grant call on 15 September 2026.
SMEs, start-ups, non-profits and consortia led by these entities can apply for up to €50,000 each (four grants available, totalling €200,000) to develop, test and scale innovative, zero-waste wood construction solutions in line with New European Bauhaus values.
To support potential applicants, WoodStock will host two online information sessions: 5 June 2026 at 13:00 CEST and 1 September 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
