Belgian Companies: Join the BE-RELIEVE Programme for Ukraine’s Green Recovery!
Enabel, Belgium’s Federal Agency for International Cooperation, is launching a call for expressions of interest as part of the BE-RELIEVE programme (2024–2029), supporting Ukraine’s green and circular reconstruction. This initiative seeks Belgian companies ready to invest, partner, or expand operations in Ukraine’s sustainable construction and energy sectors.
What’s the opportunity?
- Contribute to rebuilding Ukraine with a focus on:
- Circularity in construction (reuse of war debris, closed-loop recycling)
- Decarbonisation of infrastructure (green materials, bio-based solutions)
- Higher energy efficiency in buildings (smart HVAC, renewables, advanced envelopes)
- Collaborate with Ukrainian partners or set up your own operations.
- Benefit from coordinated support by Enabel and the “Team Belgium” network (including FIT, AWEX, hub.brussels, FINEXPO, SFPIM, Credendo, and BIO).
Who can apply?
- Belgian-registered companies (SMEs or large) or consortia with expertise in green construction, energy efficiency, or circular solutions.
How to participate?
- Submit your expression of interest outlining your business idea, the challenges you face, and the support you need to make your project a reality.
- This is not a competition, but a scouting exercise to identify real business cases and mobilize support.
